Personal bankruptcy
Bankruptcy is a legal procedure mainly suited to people whose circumstances are unlikely to change and who have little hope of paying off their debts within a reasonable time. Bankruptcy is a form of insolvency, and normally only suitable if you cannot pay back your debts in a reasonable time. Appeals
Appeal is one of the ways to show your disagreement with the decision. In most cases, everyone has the opportunity to appeal against the decision and apply for a review of the decision and provide further evidence. However, it should be remembered that each decision has a time limit within which to appeal (usually 30 days). It is therefore essential that the appeal be submitted in time for it to be considered. When appealing after the deadline, there must be good reason explaining the delay.
Trademark registration
You can register a trademark to protect your name, product and/or service. The ® symbol next to your brand will indicate that it is yours and will protect you from attempts to benefit from your business name. Trademark usually includes any word, phrase, logo, number, colour, and sound or image combination. Registering a trademark will allow you to license or sell your trademark, as well as suing anyone who uses your trademark without your permission. Government registration fee is £200 and our service costs £100 plus VAT.
